Why Do They Do That?

If you have a company and a website, with a forum, that is a lot of work to keep on top of. Some companies recognise the importance of keeping their forum live, with people getting answers to questions they ask. More and more companies are starting to actually pay people to do this job - and you can apply to be a forum writer.

Obviously they don't charge you, they pay you to write for them. You don't have to be a writer or an author. Just somebody who can turn up at the forums once a day and make a pre-set number of postings for them. Sometimes you will ask questions, to get the community answering you; sometimes you will answer questions. Just like you would normally - so why not get paid to post?

I do. Well, I had to sign up in order to be able to write this article. Now it's a great 10 minute break daily. I read/write to the forum while I am having my coffee break!

So, yet again, it won't make you a fortune, but it is fun and the pennies add up over time.
